? Clean external surfaces of the compressor by detergent washing and shot blasting.
? Clean internal components by detergent washing.
? Verify the integrity of all components. replace any non-conforming parts, replace high wear items and install new seals and o-rings in accordance with accepted industry standards.
? Performance test, leak test and noise test every compressor to ensure pumping capability and quiet operation.
? Test the clutch bearing, replace as necessary.
? Test the clutch magnetic coil, replace as necessary.
? Resurface the pulley and the hub.
